The brief
Keep a US estate of 3,000+ locations and 20,000+ devices online, with incidents triaged and cleared inside SLA and a single accurate record of what is deployed where.
What I delivered
Configured and administered Layer 2 / Layer 3 devices, Cisco ISE and wireless controllers; coordinated with ISPs on outages; ran incident response, vulnerability management and endpoint security alongside the security and business operations teams; and maintained network documentation, topology records and asset inventory. Led and managed a team of five across issue resolution and service delivery.
