Move a large multi-site estate off landline phones and ageing edge switches without disrupting trading hours at any of the sites involved.
What I delivered
Accountable for replacing landline phones with Polycom VoIP and swapping edge switches for Fast Ethernet / Gigabit units, with the phone deployment completed across 2,000+ locations. Ongoing platform support covered RingCentral, Avaya, Yealink and the Cisco product line in Webex.
